When RDA for a company in Sage 50 accounts is consistently showing as offline, or you encounter this error message when connecting a company via RDA: "sage.accounts.startup.UI.helpers.sageidretryexception was thrown"
Try disabling IPv6 by navigating to the Network and Sharing Centre in Control Panel.
Selecting "Ethernet Status" OR "Network Status" and then unchecking the tick box for "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)"
This may fix the issue with the connection between that computer and the RDA server at Sage for Sage 50 accounts.
