Sage 200 corrupt user profile

Modified on Tue, 13 Dec 2016 at 10:56 AM

If screens are not displaying

Within Sage 200

Go into the Cog on the top RHS

Preferences, and Reset Desktop Settings.

This should fix the issue. If it does not the entire user profile can be re-set by an administrator by doing the following:

  1. Clear out the temporary files on the pc.

  2. Clear out all the files in the c:\users\<your profile>\appdata\local \Sage\Sage200 folder

  3. Clear out all the files in the c:\users\<your profile>\appdata\ Roaming\Sage\Sage200

  4. Clear out all the files in the c:\users\<your profile>\appdata\ Roaming\Sage 200
