If a profile is not found on the ITRIS login:
1) Click the portrait picture next to login profiles
2) Select File from the 'Profile Source' dropdown list
3) Click 'Existing File...'
4) In 'file name' type \\epi-ukh-itris\itrisshare\loginprofile.xlp
5) Click Open & Click Save
6) Try logging in again
