Microsoft Office asking to Reactivate

If you are having problems with Microsoft Office asking to reactivate subscription, it is more than likely because the link between your MS Office installation and your Office 365 account has been disconnected.


This can happen for a number of reasons, one including a change of subscription on your account.


Solution:


1) Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features

2) Locate Microsoft Office 365, single click it in the list and click Change at the top of the window.

3) When prompted, close down any Microsoft Office programs that are currently open.

4) Click the Quick Repair option.

5) Once complete, reopen an Microsoft Office application with administrative rights (right click > run as administrator) and the banner should disappear.
