Recipient cannot see contents of email

In a few number of cases, recipients were receiving blank emails even though the sender had composed the message.


This mainly affects users sending from message template files (.msg).


Resolution – option 1:

Uninstall Microsoft patch KB305512


Resolution – option 2:

Rename file extensions of template files from .msg to .osf
